With Rendez-vous Canada 2018 taking place in Halifax May 13th-16th, CITAP is pleased to hold their 21st AGM on Sunday, May 13th prior to the first official RVC event. Online registration through Eventbrite for CITAP’s 2018 Annual General Meeting is now available on our website.
The AGM will be held at the Hampton Inn by Hilton Halifax Downtown from 08:00am to11:30am. Similar to past AGM’s, it is a goal to provide a successful and productive event. If you are unable to attend this year’s meeting, please use the proxy form available on their website and make your vote count!

  • 5 (five) RTO Openings (with a maximum of 3 directors per region)
  • 1 (one) DMO Opening
  • 3 (three) CUS Openings (with a maximum of 2 directors per sub-category)
If you would like to nominate someone or seek a seat on the Board of Directors, please review the nomination and slate document and submit the nomination form before/by Monday, April 2, 2018 and subsequently a nominee profile by Monday, April 9, 2018.
The Nominations Committee will present a slate of nominees for election to members prior to and at the 2018 Annual General Meeting. Directors must be elected from this slate and nominations will not be accepted from the floor. Members are elected to the Board of Directors for a two-year term.

Nelson, BC will see presenters coming from as far away as Oregon and New Mexico on June 26th-28th, 2018 for a Wildfire & Climate Change conference.
The conference is being organized by the Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development (FLNRORD) and the Slocan Integral Forestry Cooperative (SIFCo).
The conference attendees will learn more about local, national and international actions being taken to address the growing challenges associated with wildfire and climate change.
